How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1 -2 days after we have shipped your order.

Expect delivery in 5-9 business days after processing your order.
Can you help with a defective product?
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to rarityitems@gmail.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I request an exchange or a return?

We only accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective products received at delivery.
We do not accept returns for wrong orders or change of mind.
How do I change or cancel an order?

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
